CITY OF DOG – SOLD OUT SCREENING!
‘Fantastic, it’s re-ignited my passion for cinema’ – Sam, audience member
Last night we hosted our first screening of 2016, City of Dog, at the wonderful Hackney Attic and we only went and sold every single ticket!
So, here’s how the night went down:
First, filmmaker and season producer Ross introduced the audience to the 1000 Londoners project…
Then, the moment of truth… The audience watched the films we’ve been working so hard on and, judging from their faces, they enjoyed them!
‘Absolutely wonderful selection of people and a really moving experience’
The evening finished off with a Q&A with Ross and some of the documentary subjects. A range of topics were discussed including dogs, films and even pet pigs…
Our 1000 Londoners Movie Nights screenings are part of BFI’s Britain on Film, supported by Film London, and are happening every other month at Hackney Attic (part of Hackney Picturehouse). Our next screening is in March and the theme will be revealed soon…
