Eve in Southwark is 21-30 and is a cafe owner and manager.

Eve had always wanted to set up her own cafe and imagined it would be after retirement, but at university she realised it was something she needed to do as her next step. Being born in South East London, she was keen to set it up locally to where she grew up. She’s now manager and owner of The Pigeon Hole Cafe Bar in Camberwell.
