Londoner #222 | Steve, who bakes at the famous Brick Lane Beigel Bake

Steve is a baker at Beigel Bake on Brick Lane. He’s been there for 15 years and has seen the area changing. In this film he explores the story of the history of the area and of the shop and tells you how the pronunciation of ‘bagel’ is a source of argument.

This film was made by new Greenwich social enterprise SElect18 Films, a collective of filmmakers that was created on Chocolate Films Workshops.
