The first 100 Londoners

IIn 2014 1000 Londoners launched with a big event at BAFTA, where we premiered the first ten films.

The films were then produced on a weekly and often bi-weekly basis. Very soon we launched the first three 1000 Londoners movie nights, Easy Riders, Nightcrawlers and Fight Club. And all the while, Vue Cinemas in the West End, screened the films alongside their featured.

Starting as we mean to go long, several of the first 100 films were created by young people, on workshops facilitated by Chocolate Films Workshops, collaborating with Totally Thames, FutureVersity and more.
